Our team had a 3 part strategy. The first was inspirational features with Elle Decor, HGTV, Martha Stewart Living, and Southern Living. The brand recognition in association with these big name editorials was invaluable to reaching new customers. The second part was vibrant mailers sent to various market segments of one million+ new and returning customers. The final strategy involved accessible digital outreach via email, banners, and social media. Each part of the strategy gave us insights into into consumer behavior and buying trends allowing my team to craft a better experience.
