YR Media: Social Refresh
Problem: The organization went through a rebrand in 2023. This meant a social refresh was sorely needed. It was important that our content reflect the organization in a way that appealed to potential partners, funders, and prospective youth participants.
Solution: We collaborated with the video team to create new intros for YR content shorts, design media templates and concept a strategy to make a TikTok debut.
My role: I acted as art director, from concept to production, to insure assets aligned with the new brand. I also provided research and strategy for TikTok.

You can find the full TikTok strategy proposal here. This document was a source of brand positioning, platform education, and a reference for the org to use when concepting and filming. As a youth led organization, being authentic to the platform and it’s GenZ audience was very important for brand positioning.
