Partnership Stories
Problem: Present a new brand promise to the company in a way that evokes a sense of belonging and resonates strongly with mission driven employees. Brand promise: We are your partners in life change, reimagining the entire real estate journey.
Solution: We found that sharing personal partnership stories from coworkers helped employees feel connected to the brand and our partnership promise. We explored what it means to be a partner in life change and the stories behind the term, while also celebrating the bonds created by these great partnerships.
My role: I acted as senior designer from concept to production, interviewed candidates, provided art direction for production and assisted on set (remotely). I collaborated closely with creative directors, copy, interviewees and the video production team – Fresh face in Hell.
